  • CHA Device Request Form

    Fill out this Device Request form if you need a device to use at home during remote learning. Please note, this request will only be processed if you have NOT already borrowed a device from the school or the DOE. Please contact the school at (718) 736-7320 to schedule an appointment to pickup your device after you have completed the form. If you need a replacement device, you will need to RETURN the device that you already have in order to receive a replacement.

  • Virtual Parent Teacher Conferences October 24 and October 25th

    Virtual Parent Teacher Conferences will happen on October 24th from 5 PM - 8 PM and on October 25th from 12:30 PM- 2:30 PM. If you haven't scheduled your appointment yet, please contact Ms. Ottley at (718) 736-7320 or your child's advisor.

    There also will be a half day of school on Friday, October 25th. Students will be dismissed at 11:06 AM.
